I love frozen yogurt. It’s sour, sweet, refreshing taste makes me feel like I’m doing some good for my body and being a little decadent at the same time- what could be better than that?
But, am I getting as much nutrition as I think I am? Is it really just a lower fat dessert with plenty of sugar disguised as healthy for us? Well, since bacteria don’t seem to thrive well in a frozen environment, it’s not clear if there are any beneficial probiotics by the time that yummy treat reaches my mouth.
