One Goal at a Time
We all have habits that hamper our weight loss goals. Bad habits sometimes take time to break, especially if they’ve been with you for some time. The best way to make changes that last is to work on one small change at a time. Here are some goals and strategies our 90-dayers are focusing on this week:
- make sure I pack lunch and snacks to bring to work every day
- get out of the kitchen at night
- reduce the amount of alcohol
- cut down on sugar in my tea or try stevia
- cut down on milk in my coffee
- avoid pizza and bagels at school
- stick to a schedule of meals and snacks so i don’t get hungry
- avoid the m&m’s!
- get back to using a journal
